Landline Solutions
At Phonebox we offer a range of landline services at competitive prices, without compromising on level of service. Landline services available are:

Wholesale Line Rental – We offer line rental for BT lines at a reduced cost. BT will still maintain all the lines and install any new lines that are needed. As we use BT Wholesale, we can get the reduced prices which in turn will bring your costs down.
Business Broadband – At Phonebox, we offer a range of Business Broadband connections. We can also provide the hardware, and will supply our customers with a dedicated 0844 number to dial for any broadband or router issues so any issues are dealt with as quickly and efficiently as possible by one of our experts.
Non-Geographic Numbers and reporting platform – We can provide you with a Non-Geographic number (0844/0845/0870/0871) for your marketing purposes. We can set up an account for you on our Inbound platform and you can manage the set up of your numbers and see any call reports (subject to additional charges).
Conference Calling – Whether you require Audio, Video or Web conferencing, we can set up one or more of these services for your business needs.
Phone System Installations and Maintenance contracts – Phonebox can supply your company with a new phone system to include maintenance, or we can provide maintenance for your current Telephony system. If you require new hardware, we provide a site survey Free of charge to ensure we quote the cost of a system to include all of your requirements and needs.
Phonebox Communications also offers all of our landline clients a Price Promise, whereby when the network reduces out costs, we reduce our rates to all existing customers in line with this. We also provide an annual Account review, and all customers will receive a dedicated Account Manager and one point of contact for all of your landline needs.
If you would like to have your current Landline bills analysed free of charge, please forward all pages of your most recent phone bill for all services to landlines@the-phonebox.co.uk. All landline bills will be returned in the post with the landline proposal.
