Just a quick note to say how pleased we are with the tracking system you installed for us last September. From an operational point of view, being able to keep tabs on our service engineers, and the ability to re-route them at short notice has enabled us to improve service to our customers, which they have been impressed with.
We have also seen a financial benefit, with the cost of expense payments significantly down due to the increase in private mileage that wasn’t being declared before. This is in effect going towards paying the monthly cost of using tracking system.
We just wish we’d done it earlier!
